AAT Trainee

What you will be doing day to day:
This is a training role; so you’re not expected to have done all of the below but between your job and studies you will be covering the following:
*Completing the bookkeeping and VAT for clients
*Supporting with Tax (personal and corporate)
*Producing year end statutory accounts for a number for businesses
*Speaking to your clients on a daily basis to help resolve any queries
What experience you need to be considered:
A great attitude, a willingness to learn and working hard as part of a team are all super important, but alongside this you will need to be able to prove:
*Previous experience at a firm of accountants (minimum of 12 months)
*Confident using accountancy software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
*Ability to build good relationships with your clients
Other things worth mentioning:
*If you’re currently on an AAT Apprenticeship via day release the firm is open to continuing this
*There is free on-site parking for all staff
*Regular salary reviews are in place as you pass through each step of your studies
