Are you a technically strong, qualified accountant looking to step into a high-impact role within a growing international organisation?
We’re looking for a Finance Manager to lead statutory reporting, compliance, controls, and month-end for our UK business.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead UK statutory accounts, audit, and FRS 102 reporting.
*Manage month-end close, consolidation, intercompany, and balance sheet integrity.
*Oversee tax compliance, regulatory submissions, and internal controls.
*Drive automation, process improvements, and finance transformation initiatives.
*Produce variance analysis, MI, and financial commentary to support decision-making.
*Manage fixed assets, capitalisation, depreciation, and project spend reporting.
*Support cashflow forecasting, FX considerations, and risk mitigation.
*Mentor and develop junior team members.
Person Specification
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA or CA only)
*3+ years PQE in a multi-entity or multinational environment
*Strong technical accounting experience (FRS 102 and UK GAAP essential)
*Proven experience across month-end, statutory accounts, audit, and controls
*Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
