Sales Coordinator
*Annual Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience
*Location: UK (Hybrid working available)
*Job Type: Full-time
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a team as a Sales Coordinator and become the first point of contact for customers’ inbound orders and enquiries. A role has become available to cover maternity leave in the Crawley area. This role is crucial in maintaining excellent customer relationships through effective account administration and proactive sales strategies such as cross-selling and up-selling.
Day-to-day duties of the role:
*Answer inbound calls and emails, efficiently handling enquiries and processing customer orders.
*Utilise opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services during customer interactions.
*Provide friendly and professional customer service, establishing strong relationships with customer contacts.
*Manage customer orders through online web shop and SAP system, ensuring smooth progression to dispatch.
*Handle general account administration tasks such as raising credits, monitoring courier information, resolving delivery disputes, and arranging same-day deliveries.
*Collaborate with Sales Teams to enhance customer service and account management.
*Support marketing initiatives and promotions as directed by Sales Management.
*Work closely with the Accounts and Finance team and Return Coordinator to resolve any outstanding issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a sales support role, handling inbound sales calls and processing orders.
*Strong background in customer service, with a track record of managing enquiries and achieving resolutions.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and positive approach to customer interactions.
*Keen eye for sales opportunities, with the ability to effectively cross-sell and up-sell.
*Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate records and managing multiple tasks.
