About the Role:
As part of the Early Careers team, you’ll lead operational and strategic delivery of campus recruitment services across designated business lines. From managing end-to-end processes like CV reviews and assessment centres to driving innovative attraction strategies at universities, this role offers variety, challenge, and impact.
Your Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-volume campus hires across business lines.
*Coordinate recruitment processes including shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating assessment centres.
*Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders while promoting best practices like unconscious bias training.
*Oversee onboarding processes in collaboration with HR teams.
*Lead university-specific events and society sponsorships aligned with attraction objectives.
*Support conversion of summer interns into graduate roles.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
*Experience in graduate/early careers recruitment or volume hiring.
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
*A passion for diverse hiring practices and innovative attraction strategies.
*Exceptional communication skills across candidates, stakeholders, and external partners.
