We’re proud to be partnering with a well-established international manufacturing business to recruit a HR Administrator for their growing UK HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong administrator who is genuinely interested in developing a long-term career in HR. Previous HR experience is welcome, but not essential. What matters most is attitude, curiosity, strong organisational skills, and a real willingness to learn.
The Business
Our client is a highly respected manufacturing organisation headquartered in Manchester, with an established international presence. As part of a wider group that continues to grow through strategic acquisition, they offer the stability of a successful global business combined with the collaborative culture of a well-established UK operation.
Due to continued growth, they are now expanding their HR function.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a collaborative and supportive HR team operating in a generalist capacity, giving you exposure across the full employee lifecycle. From day-to-day HR administration to involvement in wider initiatives, you’ll play an integral role in supporting the function and ensuring a smooth employee experience.
This role provides genuine development opportunities, allowing you to build your knowledge, gain hands-on experience, and grow your HR career within a fast-paced and people-focused environment.
Key responsibilities include:
*Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes
*Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities
*Preparing contracts and HR documentation
*Maintaining HR systems and employee records
*Supporting employee relations administration
*Assisting with HR reporting
*Contributing to HR projects and wider initiatives
Working within a collaborative office environment, you’ll benefit from real-time exposure to HR conversations and decision-making - a valuable foundation for anyone serious about progressing in HR.

HR administration experience is desirable but not required.
