Job Description:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a methodical and detail-focused CRM & Data Operations Executive to support our day-to-day case management and data processes.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in data handling, CRM administration, reporting, and operational support, who enjoys working with structured data and supporting case progression within a busy operational environment.
This is a data and systems-focused operational role, not a customer service or sales position.
The RoleKey responsibilities include:
*Uploading and managing daily CRM data imports and bulk updates
*Supporting batch case progression and operational workflows
*Maintaining accurate and clean client data records across large datasets
*Preparing and managing data for operational and campaign activity
*Producing case progression and performance overview reports
*Supporting teams with CRM data extraction and updates
*Monitoring case movement and identifying data inconsistencies
*Assisting with improvements in CRM and data workflows
*Supporting management reporting and operational performance tracking
About YouWe are looking for someone who:
*Has strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, filtering and pivot tables
*Has experience working with CRM or case management systems, or can learn new systems quickly
*Is confident working with large data sets
*Has strong attention to detail and data accuracy
*Is methodical, organised, and process-driven
*Works well in a fast-paced operational environment
*Takes ownership of data quality and operational accuracy

Desirable Experience(Not essential but advantageous)
*Experience in financial services or claims management
