Senior Negotiator / Lister
Location: Burgess Hill, RH15
Salary: Basic + Uncapped Commission = OTE £35k

We’re working with a highly respected independent estate agency in Burgess Hill who are looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their team. About the Role:
You’ll play a key role in driving branch success, from winning new instructions to negotiating sales and progressing deals through to completion. This is a well-rounded role combining valuations, sales, and client management, ideal for someone who enjoys seeing the full sales process through from start to finish.
If you’re not yet confident in valuing, full training and coaching will be provided to help you develop those skills and grow within the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Bringing new instructions to market and growing the property register
*Conducting viewings and handling negotiations
*Managing and progressing sales from offer through to completion
*Building and maintaining client relationships
*Supporting the branch in hitting key sales targets and KPIs
*Delivering outstanding client service at every stage of the process
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience in residential estate agency is essential
*Listing and valuation experience is a bonus
*A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for property
*Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner
*Full UK driving licence and own car
*Local knowledge of the Burgess Hill area is a plus
