FLT Counterbalance Driver – Night Shift
Location: Harlow
Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:30pm – 6:30am (37.5 hours per week)
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Contract: 12-week temp to perm
Salary Increase: Pay rise after 12-week probation
About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and established warehouse team in Harlow. This is a night shift role offering long-term stability, with a permanent contract and pay increase after 12 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing customer orders
* Replenishing stock across the warehouse
* Loading vehicles safely using a Counterbalance FLT
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Following all site Health & Safety procedures
Requirements:
* Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in-date)
* Previous warehouse or distribution experience
* Ability to work night shifts reliably
* High attention to detail
* Positive attitude and strong team ethic
