The Role
You will play a vital role in supporting fee earners with high-quality administrative and business support. Your responsibilities will include:
*Drafting, preparing and formatting legal correspondence, documents, and forms (including sale contracts and exchange/completion letters)
*Conducting searches such as Local Authority, Land Registry, Insolvency and Compliance Regulation
*Acting as the first point of contact for fee earners’ administrative requirements, proactively anticipating needs
*Supporting the file-opening process and maintaining accurate records
*Assisting with financial processes including preparing new matter quotes
*Handling initial client and agent enquiries, ensuring a professional and friendly service


About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

*Strong IT skills, including confidence across Microsoft Office and Teams
*Excellent attention to detail and fast, accurate typing abilities
*Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills
*Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment (desirable) or educated with a Law degree
