An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and career-focused HR Assistant to join a highly regarded and growing organisation. This is a fantastic role for someone with at least one year’s experience within an HR team who is looking to develop their career in a supportive and progressive environment.
The business offers genuine progression, with further CIPD studies supported and sponsored for the right individual.
The HR RoleWorking closely with the HR Manager and wider team, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational HR support across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Drafting and issuing offer letters and contracts of employment
*Maintaining accurate HR records including holiday and sickness tracking
*Supporting recruitment activity, liaising with agencies and advertising roles
*Managing HR documentation and ensuring compliance processes are followed
*Assisting with onboarding and induction administration
*Supporting social media talent attraction initiatives
*Providing first-line HR administrative support to managers and employees
About YouTo be successful in this HR Assistant role, you will:
*Hold CIPD Level 1 or 2 (or be actively working towards it)
*Have at least 1 year’s experience within an HR Assistant or HR Admin role
*Be highly organised with excellent time management skills
*Have strong written and verbal communication skills
*Be confident, professional and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
*Be tech-savvy and confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
*Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
