About the Role:
As a General Litigation Solicitor, you will handle a diverse caseload encompassing a broad spectrum of litigation matters. You will be responsible for representing clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including commercial disputes, civil litigation, employment disputes, and more.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and collaborate with experienced legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution
*Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare court documents
*Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients
*Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
*Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
*Maintain accurate case records and billing information
*Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal developments relevant to litigation practice

Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in litigation
*Proven experience handling a variety of litigation matters
*Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
*Excellent legal research and writing abilities
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
*Client-focused approach with exceptional communication skills
