THE ROLE
This is a full-time sales role representing trusted UK energy brands. You’ll engage with customers, explain current energy offers, answer questions, and support them in making informed decisions about their energy services.
No previous sales experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided from day one to help you build confidence and develop valuable sales skills.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
*Engaging with customers face to face in a confident, professional manner
*Representing UK energy brands positively and accurately
*Explaining tariffs, offers, and switching options clearly
*Supporting customers through the sign-up process
*Working towards individual and team performance targets
*Attending regular training, coaching, and team briefings
*Maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance
