Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working on behalf of our client to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their growing finance team in a fully remote position initially on a temporary basis with strong possibility for permanency long term.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transactional finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced role.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
*Processing high volumes of supplier invoices
*Matching, batching and coding invoices
*Reconciling supplier statements
*Managing supplier payment runs
*Raising and issuing sales invoices
*Allocating cash receipts
*Reconciling customer accounts
*Chasing outstanding debt and managing aged debtors
*Handling supplier and customer queries, resolving discrepancies efficiently
*Supporting credit control activities
*Assisting with month-end processes where required
About You:
*Previous experience in a similar Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant role
*Strong Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger experience
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
*Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload
*Experience with accounting systems and Excel
