Teqniq is searching for a SEND Officer to work in the public sector.

Job Description:
We want to make a genuine difference for children and families. Our SEND Officers work closely with our Senior SEND Officers to ensure oversight, effective management of case loads, annual reviews and amendments.
The focus of this role is to make amendments to annual reviews. Candidates must be experienced, have good attention to detail and work to be of a high quality.
As a SEND Officer you will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with colleagues, families and professionals. You will be a champion of inclusion, a problem solver and be able to make fair informed decisions from evidence based assessments. It is essential that you have excellent organisational skills, an eye for the detail, and ability to prioritise work to meet legal timelines.
Ideally, you will have worked as a SEND officer previously and have knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice 2015 and the Children & Families Act 2014.
