Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Client Development Executive to support the growth and development of a client portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth within a consultancy or professional services environment.
This role blends business development and account management, working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients to ensure an outstanding end-to-end client experience.
*Salary: £40K + commission
*Hybrid working: 2 days in London office and 1 day per week in Farnborough Head office
The Main Duties:
*Develop and grow relationships within existing client accounts
*Identify and qualify new business opportunities across new and existing clients
*Support the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to proposals and contract support
*Act as a key point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
*Work closely with delivery teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met
*Help drive account growth, retention, and long-term client partnerships
Skills/Experience required:
*3-5 years’ experience in client development, business development, account management, or sales
*Background in consultancy, professional services, IT services, or a similar environment
*Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
*Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities
*Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
