Double days: rotating weekly 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm

Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative, you will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the production line. Your key responsibilities will include:
*Setting up and controlling the production programme
*Executing necessary checks on production parameters
*Monitoring operations and acting on any deviations
*Conducting quality checks and contributing to production assessments
*Collaborating with maintenance staff for repairs and maintenance
*Advising manufacturing staff on processes
*Please note: this role requires standing for extended periods
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
*Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential-full training will be provided
*A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
*Strong communication skills
*Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing production needs
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
*Familiarity with production processes
*Experience in quality control procedures
*Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
