The Role
You will be trusted to:
* Program, set and operate CNC mills and lathes
* Manufacture complex, high-precision components
* Interpret detailed engineering drawings
* Support tooling and fixture development
* Solve technical machining challenges
* Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice

What We’re Looking For
* Several years’ CNC machining experience in a precision setting
* Strong programming and setting capability
* Ability to work from complex drawings
* High standards and attention to detail
* Professional, team-oriented attitude
Experience with advanced controls or multi-axis machining is advantageous, but solid core machining expertise is key.
