I am partnering with a well-known automotive brand who are searching for a Parts Advisor.
Base Salary: £25,500 + Commission upto £35,000
Monday - Friday (8am-6pm) & Alternative Saturdays 8am-1pm
They are growing their parts department and searching for a candidate who enjoys working in a fast paced environment with experience / a passion for the automotive industry
*Actively supporting customers and technicians while driving parts sales and contributing to departmental targets.
*You’ll combine product knowledge with strong communication skills to upsell where appropriate and ensure customers receive the right parts
Key Responsibilities •
*Proactively identify customer needs and recommend the correct parts
*Maximise sales opportunities through effective upselling and add-on sales
*Deliver outstanding service to trade and retail customers
*Handle walk-in, telephone, and online enquiries efficiently and professionally
*Use electronic parts catalogues and stock systems to ensure accuracy and availability
*Maintain stock control, including booking in deliveries and correct storage
*Process customer payments accurately
*Support regular stock checks and inventory management
*Work towards department targets and KPIs
