Job Description:
Position: Employee Relations Advisor
Salary: Up to £40,000 (no flexibility)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days from home
Office: Lewisham, South East London


We are partnering with a well-established, family-run organisation within the commercial services sector.


Reporting to the Senior People Relations Partner, you will take ownership of a dedicated portfolio, working closely with senior stakeholders and Portfolio Directors to deliver expert HR and Employee Relations support.


You will be responsible for full end-to-end ER case management, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice while promoting a fair, consistent and commercially focused approach.


Key responsibilities include:
*Acting as the first point of contact for managers on all employee relations matters
*Managing end-to-end ER cases including redundancies, restructures and TUPE transfers
*Leading on disciplinary, grievance, mediation, medical capability and wellbeing processes
*Drafting all associated correspondence and formal documentation
*Ensuring compliance with employment law, ACAS guidance and company policy
*Building effective relationships with senior stakeholders and Trade Union representatives
*Applying a pragmatic, risk-aware approach to achieve fair and balanced outcomes


About You
*Proven experience managing complex ER cases end-to-end
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
*Experience with TUPE and Trade Union engagement highly desirable
*Confident liaising with senior stakeholders
*Fair but firm approach, collaborative and approachable
*Comfortable working within a fast-paced, multi-site environment
*Experience within similarly structured, operational or multi-site sectors will be advantageous.
