Job Description:
Are you an experienced Senior QA, QA Supervisor or QA Team Leader looking to take the next big step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful manufacturing site on the outskirts of Lincoln, taking full responsibility for leading the site QA team and driving a strong food safety & quality culture.
You will:
*Lead, support and develop the QA team, ensuring strong standards and consistent performance.
*Maintain and continuously improve site food safety, quality systems and HACCP processes.
*Prepare the site for audits and customer visits, making sure compliance is always up to date.
*Oversee internal audits, trend data, investigate issues and drive meaningful corrective actions.
*Champion quality culture across the site, improving awareness, behaviours and engagement.
*Manage non-conformances, root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
*Support NPD trials, sampling and technical documentation as needed.
*Step in for the Technical Manager when required and represent the technical function confidently.
This is a hands-on, visible, and influential role where you’ll shape standards, mentor your team, and continuously improve site performance.
What We’re Looking For *Experience in a QA leadership role within food or FMCG manufacturing.
*Level 3 Food Safety & Level 3 HACCP (or working towards).
*Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, influence and drive standards.
*Confident communicator who enjoys training others and engaging cross-functional teams.
*Competent with data analysis, auditing and continuous improvement.
*Ability to travel between sites when required
*Must be able to drive due to location.
