What You’ll Do:
As the first point of contact for their clients, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a warm and professional reception experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Interaction:
*Greet visitors and clients with a smile, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. ??
*Manage enquiries efficiently and escalate issues as needed.
*Input client data and assist with patient registrations accurately.
Administration & Document Management:
*Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and providing secretarial support.
*Maintain the reception area, ensuring information and refreshments are readily available.
*Update staff rotas and collaborate with other centres to promote seamless integration.
Security & Compliance:
*Ensure the security of the site and conduct daily walks to monitor access.
*Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain confidentiality of client information. ??

*Strong proficiency in using multiple IT systems ??
*Excellent organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently
*Outstanding communication skills to engage with clients and staff alike
