Description
Management Accountant duties will include:
*Prepare and present accurate financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making.
*Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
*Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
*Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis.
*Support financial audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them effectively.
*Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and business growth.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*Part qualified in ACCA or CIMA.
*Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
*Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
*Experience in managing budgets and conducting variance analysis.
*Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
