What you’ll be doing
*Negotiating with suppliers and managing product catalogues
*Supporting new tenders and reviewing pricing for existing customers
*Analysing costs, calculating margins, and ensuring competitive pricing
*Collaborating with the Accounts Team to communicate pricing changes clearly
What we’re looking for
Experience in a buying role essential
*Hospitality food industry experience a bonus
*Strong Excel skills – you’ll be working with data, margins, and spreadsheets every day
*Experience with tenders, supplier lists, and product catalogues
*Highly numerate, analytical, and commercially minded
*A great communicator and team player with a strong work ethic
