Job Description:
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + uncapped bonus (20% of salary as baseline OTE)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week - office based

In this role, you’ll focus on generating new business opportunities for the Projects division of an SME company, where you will be dealing with architects / contractors and care operators. You will be 50% Office based / 50% on the road, Nationally.
What you’ll be doing:
* Driving outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
*Face to face site visits, Nationally.
* Building relationships with architects, contractors, care facilities, and education providers.
* Managing and tracking opportunities using HubSpot CRM.
* Coordinating with the Business Development Manager and service team on pipeline progress.
* Attending occasional industry events (around five per year) to represent the team and generate leads.
* Consistently achieving weekly KPIs and progressing leads into booked appointments and service contracts.
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (B2B experience preferred).
*Experience in a role that requires National travel highly desirable
* A confident telephone manner with the ability to handle pushbacks and objections.
* Organised, proactive, and results-driven with excellent time management skills.
* CRM experience (HubSpot ideal)
* A bubbly personality with natural rapport-building skills, and a genuine team player.
