Are you a strategic thinking Tech Recruitment expert who knows how to hire world-class Software Engineering talent?
We’re looking for an exerienced Tech Recruiting Business Partner to support hiring across R&D teams based across EMEA. This is a key role in the wider TA team, focused on sourcing and engaging exceptional technical talent across Software Engineering. This is a full 360 recruiter remit, in a business that requires a high level partnering approach and strong stakeholder management
What You’ll Do * Partner closely with senior stakeholders to define role requirements
* Build innovative, inclusive attraction and assessment strategies
* Deliver full lifecycle hiring, from briefing to offer and close
* Engage and convert top-tier technical talent across EMEA
* Provide market insights, candidate intelligence, and data-driven recommendations
* Challenge, influence, and add value at every stage of the hiring process
What You Bring * Proven experience as an in-house Recruiter (agency background highly valued)
* Strong track record hiring within the Technology sector
* Expertise in Software Engineering recruitment (generalist or specialist)
* Confidence managing complex, highly specialised roles
* Commercial mindset with the ability to shape competitive offers and close effectively
This is more than a delivery role, you’ll operate as a true Business Partner, helping shape hiring strategy and enabling R&D teams to build world leading technology.
You’ll be based out of an amazing HQ in London, 4 days per week with one working from home. The role will be offered on a 12 month contract and start with max 1 months notice
