Accounts Senior - Manchester
Salary: £45k
Location: Manchester/ hybrid
About the Company A long established, rapidly growing UK accountancy and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join its Manchester office.

Key Responsibilities *Prepare full Accounts files, including accounts production and associated corporation and personal tax returns, ready for senior review.
*Meet regularly with clients to discuss their financial records and provide insights.
*Finalise accounts files and reports following senior review to ensure readiness for client debriefs.
*Ensure Accounts and Tax Returns are completed and submitted in line with the firm’s compliance and close-down procedures.
*Manage workflow and client deadlines to ensure timely completion of work within budget.
*Monitor fee recovery and propose fee adjustments where appropriate.
*Act as a primary point of contact for your clients, maintaining regular communication and high service standards.
*Develop a broad understanding of the firm’s full service offering and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
Requirements *ACCA / ACA qualified
*Proven experience within an accountancy practice.
*Strong technical knowledge
*Confident in preparing consolidated accounts.
*Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
*Experience mentoring or supervising team members.
*Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
*Strong communicator who can liaise effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
