*Advising on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
*Managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
*Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and leases.
*Handling a varied caseload efficiently and profitably.
*Building strong professional relationships with clients and other advisers.
*Ensuring matters are progressed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
*Contributing to fee income targets and supporting departmental growth.
*Staying up to date with legal developments and continuously enhancing your expertise.
