Registered Manager – Dual Children’s Residential Care Home
Salary: £56,000 - £67,000 (with performance-related bonuses)
Location: Darlington, County Durham
Start Date: ASAP

This Dual Registered Manager role offers you the chance to bring a shared vision to life and build a high-quality, child-centred service from the ground up.
You, the Registered Manager will lead a brand-new dual children’s residential care home in Darlington, with both homes located conveniently opposite each other. This is a dual Registered Manager position with a starting salary of £56,000 plus performance-related bonuses. Once the second home opens, the salary will increase to £60,000–£67,000, reflecting the expanded responsibility.
The Role:
*Lead and register a brand-new dual residential provision
*Shape the culture, systems and standards from day one
*Build and develop a strong, values-led staff team
*Drive compliance, quality and positive Ofsted outcomes
*Create a safe, nurturing and high-achieving environment for young people
About you:
*Experienced Registered Manager ready for progression
*3+ Years in a Residential Setting
*Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children’s home compliance
*Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People)
*Ambitious, forward-thinking and committed to high standards
