The Role:
*Lead and register a brand-new dual residential provision
*Shape the culture, systems and standards from day one
*Build and develop a strong, values-led staff team
*Drive compliance, quality and positive Ofsted outcomes
*Create a safe, nurturing and high-achieving environment for young people
*Continuously reviewing and improving the quality of care within the home
About you:
*ExperiencedDeputy Manager ready for progression
*Proven experience leading a team within a residential care setting
*A natural leader who is approachable, supportive and resilient
*Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children’s home compliance
*Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People), or working towards
*Ambitious, forward-thinking and committed to high standards
