We are currently recruiting for an experience Childcare Lawyer with 1+years PQE to join our client’s multi-accredited practice based in close to Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire on a full time Hybrid basis. The successful Lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise to advise public sectors and not for profit clients on a range of childcare matters.

Responsibilities of the Childcare Lawyer:

*Care proceedings
*Adoption
*Legal Aid applications
*Applications for secure accommodation
*Public law outline matters (PLO)
*Issues relating to the protection of children and young people
*Attending court to conduct advocacy
*Revoking placement orders
The Childcare Lawyer Candidate:

*Solicitors with a minimum of 1 years + PQE
*Experience in childcare law is essential for this role
*Shows a strong work ethic
*Strong communication skills
*IT Proficient
*Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Benefits for the Childcare Lawyer Role:

*Salaries range depending on PQE for Lawyer £44,290 - £50,240 / Senior Lawyer £50,790 - £58,168.75 DOE
*22% pension
