Key responsibilities:*Meeting and greeting customers in the service reception
*Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
*Booking in vehicles and advising customers on repair timelines
*Liaising with the workshop and keeping customers updated
*Handling general administration duties
*Working collaboratively within a busy team environment
The ideal candidate:*Previous experience as a service advisor within the motor trade
*Strong knowledge of dealership processes
*Professional, well presented and customer focused
*Excellent communication skills
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
