I’m currently working with a specialist property law firm based in Central London that is seeking to hire a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their thriving Residential Conveyancing team.

The Role You will support a well-regarded team of experienced solicitors handling a broad range of residential property transactions, including:
*Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*Lease extensions
*Title reviews and resolving title issues
You’ll be given real responsibility from day one, working closely with clients, agents, and lenders in a supportive environment that encourages development and progression.

About You*Recently qualified solicitor (NQ – 1 year PQE)
*A minimum of 6 months’ experience in residential conveyancing during your training
*Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
*Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing a caseload
