The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join this successful office. The role will involve managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
This position would suit an ambitious negotiator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values quality stock, and wants to be part of a stable, independent agency with real local influence.
Key Responsibilities
*Handling enquiries and qualifying buyers
*Conducting viewings on new-build and residential properties
*Managing relationships with developers, vendors, and purchasers
*Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
*Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
*Providing accurate market advice to buyers and vendors
*Maintaining up-to-date property records and CRM systems
*Representing the agency professionally at all times
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator (estate agency experience preferred)
*Confident, articulate, and professional communication skills
*Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
*Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
*A genuine interest in new-build property and residential sales
