We are looking for a driven, experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our flagship office in Ashford.

Key Responsibilities*Lead Generation: Proactively identifying and chasing new business opportunities.
*Deal Management: Managing the sales process from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth journey for both vendors and buyers.
*Valuations: Conducting professional market appraisals and winning new instructions (depending on experience level).
*Negotiation: Acting as a high-level intermediary to secure the best possible price for our clients.
*Mentorship: Supporting junior team members and contributing to the positive, competitive culture of the Ashford branch.
What We’re Looking For*Local Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Ashford property market (TN23/TN24 and surrounding villages).
*Proven Track Record: At least 2+ years of experience in residential sales, consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
*Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you should be as comfortable on the phone as you are in a face-to-face pitch.
*Resilience: A "never-give-up" attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
*Licensing: A full UK driving license is essential.
