Duties
*Accurately and efficiently estimating vehicle repairs to ensure customer satisfaction, as part of your role as ATA Estimator / Assistant Manager
*Assisting in the management of daily workshop operations
*Coordinating with customers and insurance companies to facilitate smooth claim processing
*Overseeing repair progress and conducting quality control to uphold high standards
*Delivering excellent customer service and technical support
*Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
Requirements
*Proven experience as an estimator or assistant manager within the automotive body repair sector
*ATA qualification in vehicle body repair or equivalent recognised certification
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Knowledge of estimating systems and paintless dent repair techniques
*Ability to work effectively under pressure and lead a team
*Full UK driving licence
