Reed Wellbeing is a public services provider that aims to support people in making sustainable lifestyle changes to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Since 2015, we have been delivering a range of evidence-based, person centred interventions and services, including: NHS Health Checks, Smoking Cessation, Weight Management and Type 2 Diabetes Prevention and Treatment.
Our One You service helps its local residents live healthier lives and reduce their chances of developing serious illnesses. Our support includes guidance on moving more, being tobacco free, eating well, drinking less, and losing weight.
What is the role about?
The Partnership Manager is responsible for proactively identifying and building relationships with relevant local health services and stakeholders such as local Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), GP Practice Managers and Midwives to source participant referrals for our One You contract. They will also directly engage with local communities within the service delivery area to enhance self-referrals and play a key role in the design and delivery of promotional events.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Taking Ownership
*Scheduling and attending meetings with external stakeholders from a wide range of local organisations e.g. GP Practices, mental health services, and primary care to promote an awareness and understanding of our preventative health services.
Working Together
*Working closely with internal stakeholders such as Health & Wellbeing Coach Managers and Marketing to effectively promote Reed Wellbeing services.
*Co-ordinating a small team of Outreach Coordinators to support the delivery of promotional events and services.
Being Fair, Open, and Honest
*Maintaining regular face-to-face and telephone contact with stakeholders, acting as the key point of contact and responding to queries

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
*Ability to self-motivate and excellent time management skills.
*Demonstrable experience of building relationships with external stakeholders
*Experience of the external promotion/marketing of services.
*Experience of organising and delivering events.
*Ability to work independently and demonstrate resistance and persistence.
*A sales-oriented approach, with ability to pitch in a personable and engaging manner.
Desirable Criteria:
*Experience of working on public service provision.
*Experience of working on voluntary participation services.
*External of working with stakeholders with public health and/or primary care.
*Experience of recruitment and/or working with volunteers.
*Degree educated or equivalent (ideally within a relevant field e.g public health/ fitness)
*Understanding of community sectors / voluntary sectors across London
*Understanding of the NHS landscape/ framework
*Management experience
