Job Description:
My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administratorto join their growing team.
This pivotal role supports the smooth day-to-day operation of their projects and office by coordinating labour bookings, assisting Project Managers, and handling general administrative duties including Project tracking, filling, communication.
Key Responsibilities:
*Labour Coordination:
*Schedule and book labour resources as required for ongoing projects.
*Maintain an up-to-date labour calendar and track workforce availability.
*Liaise with site managers, Project managers and subcontractors to confirm requirements and bookings.
*Project Support:
*Act as a central point of contact for Project Managers and the design dept supporting them with admin and coordination tasks.
*Ensure timely communication and distribution of relevant documentation.
*Administrative Duties:
*Assist with day-to-day filling and organisation of electronic and paper documents.
*Raise and issue Purchase Orders in line with company procedures as required.
*Process incoming invoices and support the finance team with invoice tracking and queries.
*Maintain internal records, spreadsheets, and tracking systems as required.
Key Skills & Attributes:
*Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role (preferably in a construction or project-based environment).
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
*Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
*Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
