Job Description:
Team Leader required to manage a customer services team of between 6-10 Administrators in this dynamic not for profit sector. You will proactively plan yearly operations and staffing needs.
Duties will include recruiting, training and developing staff. You may also travel overseas a couple of times a year to partnering organisations in the US. You will also plan and host visits from Partnering groups. Tasks will also include external and internal recruitment processes.
You will help energise and motivate the team on a daily basis and give them encouragement in their role.
You will also help arrange interviews and coach your team as well as assist with internship placements.
This role will start ideally at the end of March/April. The ideal candidate will have previous team leader experience and will ideally have experience of recruitment and interviews. The position offers hybrid working ideally on a 4/1
