What You’ll Be Doing
*Winning new property instructions within the local area and the freedom to list properties in any area
*Conducting market appraisals and providing pricing advice
*Generating and nurturing vendor and buyer leads
*Managing negotiations through to agreed sale
*Building your personal brand locally through networking and marketing
*Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
*Growing your own business and, if desired, building a team
