Job title: Facilities assistant
Location: city of london
In the office 5 days per week.
Award winning mid sized organisation based in the heart of the city are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Facilities assistant to join their busy facilities and front of house team.
This ’facilities assistant’ role encompasses a wide variety of tasks and duties - from setting up meeting rooms, handling incoming building queries to handling deliveries.
We’re looking for a team player who is passionate and keen to work within facilities.
Facilities assistant - typical duties:
*Setting up and clearing meeting rooms in advance
*Managing the facilities inbox and handling queries
*Handling deliveries and couriers
*Scanning and franking documents
*Post - sorting, distributing, franking
*Collecting/moving deliveries (such as food for the kitchen/paper/stationery/IT equipment
*Adhoc reception cover - as required
*Inductions and issuing security passes
*Walk arounds - to check for any floor issues/faults
Ideal attributes/skills:
*Microsoft office skills
*Customer services skills
*Team player
*Positive thinker
*Interest in building a career within the ’facilities’ area
