Job Description:
Recruit UK are supporting a well-established financial planning firm based in Reading who are looking for an IFA Administrator to join their growing team.
Our client is a growing and forward-thinking financial planning firm specialising in retirement planning, pensions, and intergenerational wealth management. They pride themselves on delivering a high level of personal service and building long-term relationships with their clients.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing client queries and maintaining accurate records on Intelliflo (iO)
*Processing new business, provider applications, and policy updates
*Obtaining quotes, illustrations, and product information
*Preparing documentation for client meetings and annual reviews
*Placing investment trades and processing fund switches
*Ensuring all activity meets FCA, AML, and GDPR requirements
What we’re looking for
*Minimum 1 year experience supporting advisers
*Previous IFA administration experience preferred
*Intelliflo (iO) experience beneficial but not essential
*Good knowledge of investments, pensions, and wealth planning
*High attention to detail and strong communication skills
*Confident user of Microsoft Office (including Excel)
