The Opportunity :
*Take ownership of your own caseload of smaller matters, managing them independently and confidently.
*Collaborate closely with senior solicitors on complex, high-value cases, gaining exposure to strategic litigation and advanced advocacy.
*Develop deep technical expertise across Civil, Commercial, and Property Litigation.
*Play an active role in delivering exceptional client service, building lasting relationships and strengthening the firm’s reputation.
*Supervise and mentor junior team members, developing your leadership and management skills.

This role offers the autonomy to demonstrate your capability, alongside the mentorship needed to expand it.

You are:
*NQ to 5 PQE Solicitor with a current practising certificate.
*Experienced in Civil and Commercial Litigation, with Property Litigation exposure.
*Technically strong, commercially aware, and highly organised.
*Confident drafting pleadings and court applications.
*Comfortable advising clients clearly and professionally.
*A proactive team player with leadership potential.
*Keen to build strong client relationships and develop new business through networking.
*IT proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Case Management systems).
