Care Assistant – £13.00 per hour – Full Time/Part Time

Our client is seeking an experienced and professional Care Assistant who takes pride in delivering compassionate, dignified care and values working within a structured and supportive environment.
The OpportunityYou will play an important role within a stable care team, supporting elderly residents with their daily living needs while promoting independence, comfort, and wellbeing.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Delivering high-quality personal care with dignity and respect
*Supporting mobility and safe moving & handling practices
*Monitoring residents physical and emotional wellbeing
*Accurately maintaining care records and documentation
*Communicating effectively with colleagues and senior staff
*Contributing positively to a professional team culture
This role would suit a Care Assistant who is reliable, attentive, and committed to maintaining excellent standards of care.
Essential Criteria*Minimum 6 months recent UK care home experience
*Confident supporting elderly residents
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*A professional and dependable approach to work
*Full right to work in the UK
