Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join our rural property team in Winchester.
In this role, you will help manage around 300 properties across Hampshire as part of an experienced team in our Winchester Office. You will be delivering a high quality service to both clients and tenants alike.
We welcome applicants from a variety of property backgrounds — or those with strong transferable skills who are keen to develop their career in rural property management.

Team Overview
Savills Winchester rural property management team provides a first class customer service to both clients and tenants. It is a team of around 14, within an office of around 45 people. Our clients range from private rural estates to larger portfolios owned by Charities and Institutions.
This role does not meet the salary criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship(click link to check exemptions).
