Day-to-day duties of the role:
*Work closely with Medical Sales Specialists (MSS) to maintain, develop and grow business.
*Manage and coordinate implementation projects across all product lines, collaborating with other teams.
*Schedule appointments for sales, implementations, and training.
*Provide sales and customer care support through various activities directly linked to customer retention and development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in account management or customer service.
*Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
*Ability to focus on multiple projects and work to deadlines.
*Experience with online communication platforms like MS Teams is desirable.
*Knowledge of Microsoft CRM would be an advantage.
