Our client, a well-established and highly regarded firm in Milton Keynes, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or a Senior Conveyancer to join its busy team.
In this role, you’ll manage a varied caseload while providing leadership, supervision, and guidance to junior colleagues. You’ll play an active part in their training and day-to-day management, helping them develop their skills and confidence within a supportive and professional environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities for the Residential Solicitor role:
·Managing residential property transactions from inception through to completion.
·Delivering outstanding client care with professionalism and responsiveness.
·Supporting team members by efficiently managing workload and priorities.
·Supervising and training junior colleagues to foster their professional development.
·Facilitating the adoption of new technologies to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
·Representing the firm at networking events to enhance reputation and build valuable professional relationships.
Person Specification required for the Residential Solicitor role
·Qualified Solicitor or a Conveyancer with 3–5 Years PQE in conveyancing
·Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and clear communication
·Great time management, able to prioritise effectively
·A self-motivated, proactive, and outgoing approach
·Professionalism, thriving both independently and as part of a team
·The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
