Sales Executive – Office-Based
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 base + Uncapped OTE (£42,000+)
About the Role
We’re seeking a driven Sales Executive to join a dynamic B2B sales team. This is a consultative role, helping clients find tailored solutions across digital, events, and sponsorship opportunities. You’ll manage existing accounts, generate new business, and deliver exceptional service to clients across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver consultative sales solutions from the company’s range of products and services to clients across the UK and Europe.
*Conduct outbound sales activity across multimedia channels, including digital, events, and sponsorships.
*Build, manage, and nurture strong client relationships and key accounts.
*Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities.
*Maintain consistent communication with prospective, past, and existing clients via calls, emails, and social media.
*Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance objectives.
*Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
Skills and Experience
*2+ years B2B sales experience, ideally in media, events, or professional services.
*Strong pipeline management and organisational skills.
*Confident communicator, able to engage senior stakeholders.
*Target-driven, resilient, and motivated by results.
*Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
