Job Description - Service Co-ordinator LIFT INDUSTRY
Job Holder:
*Answer all calls promptly/ respond to messages from Totally 24/7.
*Log call outs, dispatch to Engineer, update client with ETA.
*To update ’Shutdown’ list of out of order lifts and communicate/update Clients, on a daily basis liaising with Operation Manager.
*Update Clients on completion of call outs and log nightcall reports- Aim to update Clients by 9:00am next working day.
*Monitor ’Service Desk’ email for Engineers checking in/out- Inform Operations Manager when Engineers fail to do so.
*To ensure all Engineers PDA service and breakdown sheets are downloaded promptly and recorded correctly on Liftdata. Clients requiring copies must be emailed ASAP.
*FOC service repairs to be opened on Liftdata and PDA sent to Engineers- Liaising with Operations Manager.
*Log insurance reports and follow the Unique Lifts process.
*Raise supplier and sub contractor purchase orders on Liftdata when required.
*Book in service visits with clients.
*Autodiallers – Ensure autodiallers are audible and telephone numbers are checked against Liftdata. Where applicable enter ’No Autodialler’.
*Keep Shared Calendar updated with Engineer whereabouts- Servicing, holidays etc.
*To raise reports in a timely fashion- Key Client meetings when necessary, Repeat Call list for Ops Manager on a weekly basis.
*Update Client portals when required: Dwellant, Chamonix, Elogbooks and Risk Wise etc.
