Role: E-Commerce Manager
Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex (On-Site)
Hours: Full-Time
Pay: £35,000 - £50,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join a well-established and growing business based in Eastbourne.
This is a key role offering full ownership of the company’s e-commerce function. You will be responsible for driving online sales growth, optimising digital performance, enhancing the customer journey, and coordinating multi-channel marketing activity.
This position would suit a commercially minded individual with strong digital expertise, analytical capability, and experience operating within a performance-driven online environment.

Key Responsibilities
*Develop and execute the overall e-commerce growth strategy
*Own and manage key online KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, traffic, and ROAS
*Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
*Optimise website performance, UX/UI, navigation, and checkout processes
*Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and stock visibility
*Manage PPC, SEO, email marketing, and digital acquisition campaigns
*Improve the end-to-end customer experience
*Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and Customer Service
*Support new product launches and identify opportunities to drive additional revenue
About You
Essential:
*Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or in a similar digital leadership role
*Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels
*Demonstrated success in increasing online sales and improving conversion rates
*Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
*Experience within B2B or fast-paced commercial environments
*Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and inventory management platforms
*Understanding of current digital and consumer trends
*Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field (preferred)
*Relevant digital marketing or e-commerce certifications
