Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a reliable and hands-on *** Warehouse / Production Operative *** to join their friendly, long-standing team.


*Location: Rural setting – own transport essential
*Wage: From c. £14.00 per hour / £26,298 per annum based on a 36-hour week (DOE)
*Hours: Monday – Thursday, 36 hours per week
*Contract: Permanent

The Warehouse / Production Operative Role


This is a varied, practical position working across both warehouse and production areas. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team ensuring products are prepared, packed, and ready for distribution.


Warehouse / Production Operative - Key Responsibilities


*Working within a mechanised production environment
*Operating and monitoring machinery (full training provided)
*Packing, palletising, wrapping, and labelling goods
*Preparing orders for dispatch
*General warehouse duties and stock movement
*Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace


Skills and experience our client is seeking for the Warehouse and Production Operative role:


*Warehouse, factory, or production experience preferred
*Comfortable with physical, active work
*Good awareness and common sense
*Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
*Forklift licence beneficial but not essential
